Aluminium closure sheet is used for the bottle cap market. Using a unique rolling technology, TaiXing supplies aluminium sheets ideally suited to manufacture the caps for long neck wine bottles, extremely deep drawn and decorated closures cap, plus a range of pilfer proof caps for beverage bottles, soft drink, juice, energy beverage.
Aluminum closure sheet feature: light weight, easily and economically recycled, superior barrier qualities, good formability, offers a bright finish for decoration.
1. TaiXing Aluminium Closure Sheets are suitable for both transparent and non-transparent color lacquering coating. For applications requiring deep drawing, such as long caps, TaiXing aluminium closure sheets show very low earing, greatly reducing scrap rate for our clients.
2. TaiXing Aluminum closure sheet is suitable for uninterrupted operation of high-speed, multiple-cavity presses drawing. Its strength, high formability, low earring and printable surfaces make it ideal for pilfer-proof caps and vial seals.
