Punching Machine and Mould for Aluminum Cap (Pharma Cap and PP Cap)
Important factors of the punching machine and mould:
1. 16 tons power press, 380V, with total power 2.2KW.
2. Installation area: 170cm*130cm*190cm.
3. The material feeder, lubrication of aluminum coil, punching work, pull of aluminum coil (mechanical, or servo motor), recoiling of waste material, blowing to remove caps, ring separator are all automatic.
4. The machine is equipped with mould protection system, once the cap or ring can not be removed from mould, the system will work to stop the punching immediately to protect the mould and machine.
5. The machine is equipped with hand protection system, once the worker put hand close to the mould while the machine is working, the system will work to stop the punching immediately to protect the man hand.
6. Common speed of punching is about 150 times/min, that is, the output of 20mm with 5 cavities is about 40000-45000 caps per hour, and the output of 13mm with 7 cavities is about 60000-63000 caps per hour.
7. The mould can be custom-made acording to customers' sample cap or cap drawing.
The final machine facilities and price will be negotiated and confirmed when customers come to China and inspect the machine on site.
